 GYMNASTICS COACH

Gymnastics Experience:
​Bethany competed as a level 10 gymnast for D.C. Gymnastics where she also competed in several Empire State Games and attended the Junior Olympics. She was a Shaker High School varsity gymnast and is now in the Shaker Hall of Fame.​
​
Coaching Experience: 
Bethany coached at D.C. Gymnastics for the last 33 years. While there she was the Head Pre-Team coach as well as the Head Pre-School coach. Bethany has experience coaching many different types of classes as well as higher and lower level team.

JUNIOR OLYMPIC TEAM COACH

Gymnastics Experience:
​Matt competed for the University of Vermont from 2001-2005 and was an All-American. He graduated in 2005 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. ​

Coaching Experience: 
Matt has been coaching gymnastics for the past 12 years. He is experienced in classes ranging from preschool through adult. He was the Head Coach of the Men’s Junior Olympic Team at Valley Gymnastics as well as being highly involved in all levels of their Women’s Junior Olympic Team. ​

PRE-SCHOOL, INSTRUCTIONAL & XCEL TEAM COACH

Gymnastics Experience: 

Holy has been involved with gymnastics since she was 5 years old. She competed as a Shaker High School Varsity Gymnast as well as a level 8 gymnast for Northeast Institute of Gymnastics and World Class Gymnastics. Holly is experienced in coaching all forms of Women’s Gymnastics.​School, Instructional & Xcel Team Coach

PRE-SCHOOL & INSTRUCTIONAL COACH

Gymnastics Experience: Kara competed as a Level 9 gymnast for World Class Gymnastics where she earned the privilege of competing at the Junior Olympic Eastern National Championships. Kara was also a High School Varsity Gymnast at Shaker High School where she holds the school vault record. Kara has experience coaching a wide array of classes ranging from Pre-School to Adult. ​
